Old Skool Tutorial: And how to win at it by JINKS...

  • Old Skool is like normal Solitaire. It has  many elements of luck. It uses the deck in the same way. So don't worry if an easy level doesn't come out even if you use undo infinite you may not always get it out. But have a good technique and most games will come out.

  • Buy a pencil solution when learning. Working out the SuDoku adds distinction to the goal but it will take a while to learn managing the deck.

  • Steal pucks to get going.

  • Use double click thought clouds to leave yourself an earned open deck when you choose.

  • Try not to flip from rolling three decks to old skool decks. Pick one game type and stick with it a while. That will avoid confusion.

Worked Example to go with flash film.

  • I buy a pencil solution.

  • Mark jack with a cloud to contol the unlock and then steal the pucks from the above enclosure. Leaving just a black Ace needed there.

  • Start the now empty square with a free choice. I select a king to start that enclosure with.

  • I work away on more pucks waiting to get at the black Ace which is hard to get.

  • Empty another enclosure so I can choose another starting card.

  • I get an unlock and the Aces it is very simple from this point onwards.

  • The flash film has play and rewind controls. Film also available as windows media(.avi) download. (This file won't work on a PocketPC Media Player so use it on your destop or get BetaPlayer PocketTV etc.)
